Henley Heating & Plumbing Ltd is a well-established business serving the community within an approximate radius of thirty miles of Henley-On-Thames. The company was formed in April 1976 by Francis Williams and the late Robert Hyett. The general manager is David Parfitt who joined in 1987 and was appointed Director in 2001.
The core company business is maintenance of plumbing and heating systems in both domestic and commercial properties. This included a full range of services such as minor plumbing jobs, maintenance and repairs, upgrades and new installations. We undertake specialist contracts up to a value of around £200,000. Energy efficiency upgrading is an increasingly important element in our work, especially in the current climate of environmental awareness and drive for cost savings.
Our operating base, offices and stores are in Henley. We have a committed and well-qualified staff of plumbing and heating engineers. Their wealth of experience benefits customers and also supports our policy of training apprentices. We believe it is part of our role to help train engineers and technicians for the future. We can do this effectively through knowledge transfer and by offering relevant job experience.
Our day-to-day operations are supported by dedicated administrative and technical staff. They keep track of detailed requirements for every job, large and small, and also offer technical advice and information to the industry. Our senior engineers and staff have multi discipline skills which increases the range of work we are qualified to undertake.

This interaction allows us to assimilate and implement the latest technical developments to our day-to-day routines.
